Welcome to the Fabrication Page

Here are some examples of the custom fabrication I completed. Tools used to do these jobs range from Milling machines, lathes to TIG, MIG welders.

Let me give you some history. I learned how to stick weld when I was about 12. My Father showed me how to on a weight bench project that we built. I did not show much interest in continuing to weld though. However, growing up, my Father instilled in me that I fix things and if something does not exist you make it. His motto is: "don't just replace parts to repair something, repair it with craftsmanship". Not till I was in my 30's I really became interested in fabrication. Growing up, I was into bikes, boats, cars, trucks and engines. I rebuilt my first small block chevy at 16.

Fast Forward:
After loosing my job as an IT specialist in a Financial institution right after 9/11, I began to take more interest in fabrication. I then acquired a new MIG welder and had a 7 x 10 mini-lathe. I designed some parts and had a friend CNC them for me and I sold them on E-bay. I then was able to buy a real lathe and a Bridgeport Milling Machine with digital readout. Then I kept on investing in tools and taking on small welding and fabrication jobs. Currently I am back in the IT segment of the market and I still fabricate nights and weekends. This what you are about to see is the work I have done. Many of the projects are the first time fabrication attempts which have turned out successfully as you can see.

This is a custom machined blower spacer sandwich plate I made to correct an alignment problem while at the same time increasing strength. Engine run in stand for small block and big block chevies. I will be fabricating adapters so Ford engines will fit there as well.

Drive shaft loop bracket to adapt to a Mustang with an X-pipe and bolt to the subframe connectors. This is the loop installed. As you can see custom brackets were made and welded to the sub-frame connectors. Nuts were welded to the backside of the brackets to make it a bolt in install.

All aluminum "Benze" kit for my stereo for a Chevy Truck. I later milled slots in the top and bottom for cooling. All TIG welded construction. This was the largest rush job I did for a customer. These parts are for a Turbo charged Custom Harley. I had to copy the existing heat shield (red writing) and make another one just like it but larger all around. I had to get this done in less than a day as the bike was going to Daytona,FL the next day. I also did some other parts in the foreground.

Nitrous Switch panel for a Late Model Mustang. TIG welded blow off valve mount in the cold side piping of a twin turbo mustang

Custom made beds for trucks. Made to order with many many options. Head-ache protectors for truck beds.

Blow Off valve extension tube fabricated to match the thickness of the Vortech Discharge tube. TIG welded aluminum tube to Vortech Tube and triangular mount for blow-off.
